Are you excited to work on an AI startup with a disruptive product that is used by several startups backed by Tier I VCs. Fractionalize adds a cognitive layer on top of a company's tech stack. Fractionalize founders include Capital One and E*Trade alums and serial entrepreneurs whose last venture was backed by Techstars and several well-known VCs. We recently sold our startup and launched Fractionalize.
In our last venture, we witnessed firsthand how startups and small businesses struggled with managing business functions. While our customers did a great job at innovation they simply lacked the technical know-how of managing business functions for growth, operation, legal, and compliance.
Our launch product helps startups with managing growth function. As CMO of Fractionalize you will market to fellow marketers. We launched recently and have already signed up our first set of customers. We are taking external capital through VCs that have backed us in our previous ventures. The VP of Marketing role is a key role at Fractionalize as we open up the platform.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction to the company as key member of the leadership team
- Create a marketing funnel of startups and small businesses to signup for Fractionalize launch product
- Setting up tools and processes to implement marketing
- Identify and sign up marketing partners (PR, creative, and other services)
- Partner with Sales in building a tight funnel
- Develop growth strategy (customer profile, positioning, channel, pricing, promotions)
- Budgeting and managing the marketing P&L
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in leading marketing in Seed or Series A stage B2B startup
- Experience in prior marketing tech a plus but not required
- If you are in San Francisco, Miami, or Washington DC that's great (as you will be close to one of the founders) but the position is 100% remote
